A three-month small-group business development programme for electrolysis professionals, led by Deborah Jones.

Running your own electrolysis business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re questioning your decisions, struggling with confidence or simply unsure how to take your business to the next level, you don’t have to work through it all on your own.

The Belief to Business Brilliance Masterclass brings together a small group of up to six electrolysis professionals to learn, share experiences and support one another in a positive, encouraging environment.

Over three months, Deborah will draw on her years of experience running a successful electrolysis business and training centre to help you develop your business mindset, build self-belief and tackle the challenges that may be holding you back.

This is your opportunity to step away from the day-to-day demands of your clinic and spend some dedicated time working on yourself and your business.

What can you expect?

Each month, you’ll join Deborah and your fellow group members for a two-hour Zoom session, where you can discuss your business challenges, share ideas, celebrate progress and work through practical solutions together.

The sessions are shaped around the needs of the group, so you can bring the issues that matter most to your own business. Whether you’re struggling with pricing, attracting clients, managing your time, making business decisions or finding the confidence to try something new, you’ll have the opportunity to explore those challenges in a supportive setting.

You’ll benefit not only from Deborah’s knowledge and experience but also from the perspectives and experiences of other electrologists who understand what it’s like to run a business in our industry.

From self-belief to business success

At the heart of the Masterclass is the belief that developing your business starts with developing confidence in yourself.

Throughout the programme, Deborah will introduce ideas and principles from a book that has played an important part in her own business journey. These will form the basis of group discussions, helping you explore your mindset, challenge limiting beliefs and develop greater confidence in your abilities.

You’ll also be given manageable tasks to work on between sessions, helping you put what you’ve learned into practice and make steady progress towards your goals.

It’s not about making huge changes overnight. It’s about taking achievable steps, building momentum and having people around you who will encourage you to keep going.

Support and accountability between sessions

Your support doesn’t end when the monthly Zoom call finishes.

You’ll be invited to join a private WhatsApp group with Deborah and your fellow Masterclass members, where you can continue conversations, share progress and ask questions throughout the three months.

Deborah will provide regular check-ins, share ideas and set manageable tasks to help you stay focused and accountable.

The group is designed to be a professional, supportive space where everyone can contribute, learn from one another and celebrate each other’s achievements.

Your three-month Masterclass includes

• Three two-hour Zoom sessions with Deborah and your fellow group members.
• A small group of no more than six electrolysis professionals.
• Access to a private WhatsApp group throughout the programme.
• Regular check-ins, encouragement and accountability from Deborah.
• Business mindset discussions and practical exercises to build self-belief.
• Opportunities to bring your own business challenges to the group for discussion and troubleshooting.
• Manageable tasks to help you put your learning into practice.

Investment: £150 for three months

The full three-month programme is £150, equivalent to £50 per month, payable when booking.

Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including the group guidelines and details of your first Zoom session.
